HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

To make a return by mail:

Please email us at hello@thevintagetwin.com to start a return. We will get back to you within 1 business day with a return label. 

To make a return in-store:

Visit us at 543 Broadway in SoHo with the items you’d like to return. You will receive a return confirmation via email shortly after the return is processed, but we do not offer printed receipts.

Please note, we are unable to process exchanges in-store for items purchased online.


WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

All items are eligible for free return within U.S. except :

  • All items ending in .99 are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange
  • All items purchased on final sale
  • All items that indicate that there is a return shipping fee
  • Hair accessories and earrings
  • Bodysuits and swimwear
  • Pillows and linens

Items must be unworn, with all tags still attached to be eligible for return.

Buyer is responsible for shipping and insurance for all items shipped outside the U.S. Upon request, we can provide a return shipping label and deduct the shipping cost from your refund.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

  • All returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days of the e-mail confirming shipment to qualify for free return shipping.
  • If you ship your order between 15-30 days of the e-mail confirming shipment, a $12 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund total.
  • Any returns received after 30 days of the e-mail confirming shipment will be accepted by us but no refund will be issued.
  • Extended holiday returns: Orders placed between 11/27/20 and 12/27/20 can be returned through 1/20/21.

DO I HAVE TO PAY TO RETURN MY ITEMS?

Returns at The Vintage Twin are always FREE within the U.S. unless the item indicates that there is a return shipping fee or is a Final Sale, in which case the item is not eligible for return. Buyer is still responsible for the initial shipping cost of their purchase. 

Buyer is responsible for all shipping and insurance for items shipped outside the U.S. Upon request, we can provide a return shipping label and deduct the shipping cost from your order refund. 

Please allow 30 days to process international returns.

Shipping costs are non-refundable for all domestic and international orders.

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Once the return has been approved, you will receive your refund via the same means used to make your purchase.

The only exception is when you place an order using our holiday promotion available only to clients who visit us in our retail store. If you use that promotion code for an online order and choose to return anything from that order, the refund will be in the form of online store credit only. 

If you use our online "buy more, save more" promotion during Black Friday/Cyber Monday, your final discount will be adjusted based on what you return.
